Sally and John |
The Brief: A gorgeous garden wedding in early April and a special girl named Audrey were the perfect starting points for this pretty invitation suite for Sally and John. Referencing the beautiful location of their ceremony in the backyard of Sally's parents home in Bendigo was a must. Pretty pops of pink, their daughter Audrey's favourite hue, and illustrations of nature and plant-life led to a modern interpretation of their nursery-inspired wedding that carried beautifully through their invitation suite, complimentary stationery items and the decor of their reception.

| Sally and John's invitation was the perfect size to slip inside a C6 envelope, and featured a cute portfolio style format - each folder was trimmed to a point on the front flap, wrapped in a contrasting green bellyband with Sally and John's wedding date in a modern ticker-style. The folder opened up to present an invitation card, and a map and gift suggestion card, the later two secured underneath a blush pink silk ribbon. Care was taken to match the shade of pink perfectly against the little bits and pieces Sally had begun collecting to use for reception decor. |

| A delicate flowing script and contemporary serif type was used as ornament for the wording of Sally and John's invitation, and outlines of native trees and flowers created a warm, soft background. We hand illustrated a map card to help guests find their way to the venue, including a few local landmarks to spot along the drive. |

Reply Postcard
Rather than provide a card and envelope, Sally and John used a reply postcard for guests to provide their attendance plans - each card was addressed with Sally's parents postal address, and guests could also tick any dietary preferences. As with all reply cards that we put together, each guest's name or names were already printed on the card, which greatly reduces the chance of a mystery guest, who has returned a card without a name! |

| Invitations were slipped inside a pretty metallic green envelope and addressed to each guest, ready for Sally and John to pop in the post to their loved ones. |

| We were also very excited to be involved in a few projects for Sally and John's Day Of items. |
Wish Cards and Wish Tree signage
Sally and John opted for a wish tree display to collect best wishes from their friends and family which is a great way to decorate your venue and entertain guests during the reception. Guests were encouraged to take a little card and write a note to the newlyweds which was then hung on a tree. We designed these cards to fit in nicely with the remainder of Sally and John's suite, and each card was strung with the same shade of ribbon that featured in their invitation. |

Seedling Favor Stickers, Centerpiece Skewer Cards and Decorative Signage
To decorate Sally and John's reception venue, we created little skewer cards and stickers which could be used for many purposes; in particular, in the gorgeous seeding favor table, Sally and John's gift to their guests, and in the centerpiece design amongst a beautiful arrangement of flowers in mismatched vases. Little touches of Sally and John's monogram added to a flowing, cohesive motif throughout the venue. |

| We were delighted to be asked to complete Sally and John's suite with a simple thankyou card to send out to friends and family. A montage of Sally and John's favourite shots will be a lovely memento for their guests to keep! |

| Congratulations Sally and John and thankyou for the absolute honour of being involved in your beautiful day - all the best for many happy times to come. |
